Delhomme rejoins practice, may start (AP)

Cleveland Browns quarterback Jake Delhomme has been cleared to practice after missing the past two games with a badly sprained right ankle. Delhomme will practice on Thursday, and coach Eric Mangini said as long as their are no setbacks the 35-year-old will start on Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals.
