Mayock: Browns should trade up to draft RG3

What would you do if you were the Browns GM? If NFL Network draft analyst Mike Mayock had the job, he’d strongly consider trading up from No. 4 to No. 2 in the draft to nab Baylor QB Robert Griffin III.
