Moving Sucks. However, it will eat up at least a day whether you are moving for yourself or for a friend. Highly recommended if you need to make time go bye-bye and still want to get a workout in. Make sure that there are plenty of stairs and tons of boxes that you can only carry one at a time because they are heavy and/or awkward to grip. Moving queen size or larger beds up the stairs in the wind is also nice, for extra difficulty level that is. Plenty of sunshine is also a plus so you will sweat until your clothes are soaked. Drop at least one thing on your toes and bang your head against a hard edge, just to keep yourself alert of your new surroundings from then on. How many days are there until college football, you ask? ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY-SEVEN. Get Moving. That’s what I’ve been doing.
